Expediency:
We primarily ship via United Parcel Service. We ship every day M-F (holiday's excluded).Unless otherwise noted orders will be shipped on in stock merchandise within 48 hrs of receipt of your order and credit card approval. On occasion we may ship multiple items in an order separately (at no additional cost to you) in order to get it to you as quickly as possible.
Tracking:
Our UPS shipping software will e-mail you with information regarding your order's arrival date and tracking #. This notification will email within 24 hrs of shipping.
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are calculated as an item is added to your shopping cart. Your order will not be processed until your payment information has been submitted. You can exit the shopping cart at any time without committing to an order.
Backorders:
Items temporarily out of stock are automatically shipped when available unless you indicate no backorders. If you do not want us to hold a backorder, please call 1-603-524-6066 or e-mail and cancel the item(s) ordered.
