Follow Rt 104 through New Hampton and the I 93 underpass to Bristol.
In Bristol take a left at the traffic light (still following Route 104)
Continue on until you get to the STOP sign in Danbury.
Here you must go right or left. Go LEFT onto Route 4.
Follow Route 4 to Andover where you will take a LEFT onto Route 11 WEST toward New London.
Follow Route 11 to Route 89 NORTH.
Get on Route 89 NORTH and get off at the first exit - # 12.
Go left at the bottom of the exit onto Route 11 (again) heading WEST toward Sunapee/Newport.
Stay on Route 11 past Otter Pond on right and through George's Mills and down the long hill into Sunapee. Watch your speed...at the 30m.p.h. sign they MEAN 30 m.p.h.!
Just after the ball field and Sunapee Bank (on right) take a LEFT into "Soo-nipi - West ".
...if you see the sign for Route 103 B - you have gone too far...

Directions from I-93 to Watermark Marine Construction:
Exit 20.
From exit take a left onto US Rte 3.
Follow US Rte 3 for approximately 7 miles.
At this time you should be in Belmont with the Belknap Mall on your left and a Subaru dealer on your right.
Just through the traffic light, take a right onto the Route 3 & 11 bypass.
(Route 3 & 11 bypass is just before another traffic light)
Follow the bypass to the end.
At the traffic light at the end of the ramp take a left.
At the next traffic light take a right, then your first left.
You should be on Gilford East Dr.
Watermark is approximately a ¼ mile down on you left.
End at 29 Gilford East Dr. Gilford
